Motor Did Not Last

I purchased this washer in early July and it went out in early October. I contacted Lowes who's told me I needed to contact Whirlpool. Whirlpool service was rude on the phone. They sent a replacement motor which was defective and had to send another one. They also sent a capacitor with the original motor which was defective also. The service man installed the second motor and determine the capacitor was defective and fortunately he had a a second one and was able to fix my washer Friday, November 8th. We were without a washer for almost a month that was only 3 months old. I heard during this time from others whohad similar issue of motor going out on relatively new washer.
