poor performance for being a new refrigerator

Purchased on July 17, 2019 and it was delivered on Sunday July 21, 2019. Two days later on Tuesday evening July 23, 2019 I opened the freezer to put in things to freeze only to find it full of frost. It was mostly concentrated in one lower corner of the freezer door. Upon investigating I closed the freezer door and opened the refrigerator door and looked up at the freezer door and found the door gasket was not touching the refrigerator by about 1/4 inch. So I called Lowe's the next day and they told me it would be under warranty and to call for warranty service, which I did. Upon talking to a gentleman in Michigan he said someone would be here on that Friday July 26, 2019. Thursday evening when I arrived home from work there was a message on the answering machine that Lewis Appliance in Shelby, Ohio would be here next Thursday August 1, 2019 to look at the freezer. This is will be two weeks without the use of the freezer part of the refrigerator. NOT HAPPY AT ALL----THIS IS A NEW REFRIGERATOR AND I CANNOT USE IT!!!!! Attached are a couple of pictures I took of the freezer gasket gap with the door closed. I am starting to doubt this is going to be a good refrigerator-freezer. When it was delivered there was a dent in the side of the refrigerator, which Lowe's said they would discount 10%. Now I am wondering if the damage was more than just a dent. Is the refrigerator warped? How long will it take to get this fixed? Is the Lewis Appliance service person going to come here, look at the freezer, tell me it needs this or that, then leave without fixing it? How long before he comes back? I have to take off work to be here for the service and have to take off work again for the service to make the fix? Not happy, NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!
