I have had this refrigerator for a couple of weeks. It is very roomy. Enough shelves. Freezer area is good. The color, black, looks great. I am mostly pleased with this purchase but I wish the top shelf on the door came with a bracket to stop items from falling out. The shelf currently has a pull down acrylic door but that hits when the refrigerator door closes. Also, one of the shelves was built too short to stay on the lip that holds the shelf. Disappointing but not a deal breaker.

Does not cool sufficiently. This is the second new refrigerator delivered to my house in the past month. The freezer does not cool below 0° And the refrigerator does not cool below 42°. This unit does not meet the FDA guidelines.

Whirlpool Refrigerator with Top Freezer

Love the black color. Unfortunately, there is no light in the freezer. I had a problem with the door seal. Evidently the problem was caused by the Best Buy delivery people who had removed the door and reversed the handles but did not properly remount the door.

I bought this refrigerator for my garage as it has a temperature gauge in both the refrigerator and the freezer. I was advised to look for this feature if I was going to use this in a garage. It does not have many bells and whistles (does not come with an ice maker, but that can be purchased separately) and does not have an interior light in the freezer. It has sufficient shelves and drawers. The value was worth it; it was less than $700.00 and it's made in America!!!

That was the soonest they could make it. He could not fix it had to order part. Next schedled date will make it over 2 weeks without a refrigerator. Very disappointed. We have had our new Whirlpool Refrigerator about two weeks, and I am unhappy that the freezer doesn't have a light in it like our Maytag of 24 years did. I really miss having a light in the freezer, please see what you can do with the new refrigerators that you are designing. I really like the exterior finish, doesn't show finger prints I am not sure what the opening without a cover on the far right of the top shelf on the interior door is for??? They didn't have our model on the floor at Logan's Appliance Store, it had to be ordered, so we were unable to see what the shelves were like. All in all, so far we do like our new refrigerator.

Needed to replace an old refrigerator. The new one is nowhere near the quality of the old one. But the new one is roomy and for the first time I have an icemaker. Other than that, not much has changed

Freezer light doesn't work and temp settings say when you set it to coldest after 24 hours will set back to recommended temp. It hasn't reset. Calling Lowes today.
