Numerous Difficulties

I ordered this refrigerator July 26, 2019. After several delays, the refrigerator was finally delivered on August 10. The delivery company unpacked it and plugged it in. Twenty four hours later, the refrigerator was still not cold. Only the bottom shelf in both the refrigerator and the freezer were slightly cold. I notified my local Home Depot store, but they said I needed to notify the delivery company of difficulties within the first 48 hours. I finally got a store manager at Home Depot who was helpful and said he would have a replacement delivered within a week. The second refrigerator was delivered on August 17, The delivery company (same company/different personnal) dammaged two different walls in my kitchen bringing the 2nd refrigerator into the kitchen. When I pointed out the nicks in the wall and the dammaged paint, they abruptly left and did not remove any of the packing from the refrigerator. I again called Home Depot and was told I could unpack it myself. I lost it! The store did send a representative to remove the packing and attempt to level and adjust the refrigerator. I told them they could send someone to unpack it or pick it up and issue a refund. I reported to them that the top of the refrigerator door was dented. I was again told I would need to report it to the delivery company.
I called the Whirlpool hotline directly. Two weeks later, a company representative was sent to my home and agreed to order a new door. Because of the dent, the door could not be adjusted and the refrigerator door is slightly lower than the freezer door. I just received a voice message this week (November 2019) that the replacement door has been received and to call for a date to replace the door.
I had ordered the sunset bronze color and was disappointed with the color. There was no sample color in the Home Depot store, so I was ordering from the color pictures on the Whirlpool website. The site does not give a true representation of the color of the appliance. I also purchased the microwave and the dishwasher, which I considered to be a sizeable and expensive purchase amount.
