Love everything about this except one thing. The shelves can't be moved. Bottles the height of milk cartons are a tight fit. They literally touch the top of the top section which is the tallest area to put them in. Also the 3 drawers are hard to pull in and out. They don't glide easily.

Very nice fridge. Unfortunately, the icemaker slowly leaks, leaving ice formations on the wall, and drips onto the tray under the spout. I haven't had time yet to request adjustment. The fridge would be greatly improved if the shelves were adjustable.

Milk should not be stored on door. The door is the warmest part of the fridge. The large bins on the door can be used for condiments but not for food storage.

So far, so good. Fit perfectly into a wall with cabinetry surrounding unit without having to make alterations. Excellent service from the guys who delivered and set it up. Handles on doors could be a bit further apart as they can pinch your fingers if you aren't paying attention. Something we will quickly learn to do. Unit is currently doing everything we ask of it.

The storage in the refrigerator section is very good. It is awkward on the freezer section. The shiny finish takes more care than the older model with a textured finish. there are exposed wires on the feet of the machine, it will be difficult to keep this area clean. this machine is much noisier than the model it replace. it would be nice if the shelves adjusted, milk needs to go on the door.

Solid performer with a couple of quirks

It works well, is reasonably quiet, and fits our smaller kitchen. There are only two things that are disappointing: first the water filter part number is impossible to find without removing the filter from the refrigerator. I looked in the manual, which tells how to change the filter, but references another section for the filter number. That section references back to the change out instructions for the filter, circular reference. A quick reference card for both water and air filters would be nice, a sticker in the fridge would be even better. Second: when the ice maker is full, using the ice dispenser will will cause ice cubes to jump out of the bin inside the freezer. These cubes lie in wait until you open the freezer, then escape out the door, onto your bare feet, then hide under the cabinets to melt and make a mess. A latch on the bin door might solve this.

WE bought this fridge 16 months ago. The fridge itself is very nice, keeps stuff nice and cold. The Ice Maker is a totally different story!!!! It CONSTANTLY jams....every day and sometimes more that once a day!!!! We called for service once and we were told that this is a common problem with this model. He could order us a new ice maker, but we would have the same problem. Not happy at all with this as we drink alot of ice water. The Ice Maker is also very loud!!!

I could almost love this refrigerator. It's very quiet. It makes ice very quickly. It looks great. BUT! Who's the bonehead that decided how the shelves should be set up? The dedicated shelving is HORRIBLE. There isn't a single shelf that holds really tall bottles. Now they all have to be stored on the door forcing me to now buy smaller bottles. I HATE that! I have never had a refrigerator that didn't have adjustable shelves. That part of this otherwise great refrigerator stinks to high heaven. I wish I could give five stars, but even four is pushing it.

I bought this just recently...Loved...the lights inside It made. the contents all very. easy. to see...Water dispenser is so easy to. use...One thing I was really impressed with how shiny the outside stays...very few...I mean very few finger prints can be seen...Handles stay clear. also...Am so. glad we bought this...It is shiny black...We were going to get stainless but with all other appliances black...we decided on this one...Did not make a mistake..

Great refrigerator,works great,a few design flaws.

The water dispenser needs to be moved rearward in the cutout for it, getting a glass of water is easy, however if you take the glass away without moving it downward for a second, water will drip on the floor, the ice maker bin, when full, the auger moves the ice forward against the door and you cannot lift the door without ice falling on to the floor, there are NO adjustable shelves in the refrigerator, at least one would have been great. For these reasons only did I not give it 5 stars.

Should have gone with a larger size or model with freezer on top. Didn't realize this side by side fridge doesn't hold a standard pizza box. Had to remove bottom shelf to accommodate pizza box storage in pull out drawer. Also cramped for space on the fridge side. Live and learn.

Bottom Grate

After 30 years finally redid my kitchen (complete redo) decided on all Whirlpool appliances. Love the fridge the only thing that I don't like is it looks like the bottom grate is missing, I even called the company to make sure it wasn't overlooked and was told it wasn't. It is recessed which makes it look like there. Isn't a grate. I really love the ice dispenser though

We bought this refrigerator a month ago. We are still getting use to it. There are a few things we didn't realize and don't like about it. The shelves aren't adjustable, the ice machine keeps dropping ice out of the basket in the freezer and lastly the temperature control on the front panel. If we lock it, it locks up everything. Our end keep freezing in the refrigerator. We have the temp control set on 2 bars. We wish we would have looked at these features closer.
