Great features

We like the way the grills rotate up for ease of cleaning! It is not a true slide-in though as there is no overlapping of the oven ontop of the counter as well as having the sidepanels. We do have the trim kit which does add a nice finishing touch. We are having a probkem with the display flickering off and on occasionally. Repairs are scheduled this week, After the oven has been used, we hear a loud click (metallic sound).

I bought this about a month ago and I'm not really that happy; 1. The hinged cast iron grates are nice except they don't stay up with a microwave oven. You will need at lest 21 inches of clearance above the stove to work properly. 2. While baking in the oven the trays in the bottom drawer get very hot. 3. The touch pad make a sound for everything except when you turn the oven off. 4. The two big burners are the front burners, the two smaller burners are in the back. While trying to simmer you are reaching over hot items on the front burner.

Lot of features

I have only had this stove for two weeks so it is difficult to speak to all its features. However, I can speak to one very important one to me. That is the AquaLift oven cleaning. I have already used it and found it to be completely useless. Needless to say in less than two weeks time my oven was not very dirty. However, I had to run it three times and even then clean it manually. Had I known about this it would have been a deal breaker for me. Also, this stove does not seem to come with a broiler pan. That seems very odd. I would have kept my old one had I known.

Minor problem on delivery

Good Range..Less Than Stellar Customer Service

Purchased and professionally installed. There was major damage to the frame that was not apparent until installed. It appears that the damage was done in the factory before final assembly. Side panels and drawer are not damaged at all but storage drawer is virtually useless. Initial contact with Customer Service was positive but timelines were missed and I am still waiting to be advised of proposed remedy. Unless they deliver and install a replacement I will be facing a large expense. The range works well. The top burners were very easily adjusted to allow a very low simmer mode. The convection oven is very quiet and the temperature is correct and even. There is a problem connecting through WiFi from an IOS device but I have been assured that they are working on it. In reality I doubt I shall ever use that function. This is the first gas range that I have owned and it is a pleasure using it instead of electric ranges. If you are doing a lot of home canning you may find that a higher BTU output on one of the large burners would have been an asset. In summary it is a good range. I look forward to having it repaired or replaced so that I can give a higher Star Rating.

Solid range

We boughtthis range about 5 weeks ago to replace our Thermadoor dual fuel range. This range looks great and works very well. I like the different size burners. It has a very small one for sauces or an espresso pot. The large ones are great for frying pans and are capable of very high BTUs. The oven is nice and roomy and I don't miss the electric oven of the Thermador. I only wish there was a physical "on-off " switch to turn off the oven or broiler.

Haven't cooked with gas in over 40yrs. But when my electric range crapped out it was right around the time my husband was thinking of replacing the oil furnace for gas. Karma. So glad I picked this Whirlpool model. User friendly and full of features. The oven is ginormous and convection helps with quick roasting. Bakes wonderfully.
