Top and touch pad

I've had my stove for almost a month. More features than I will probably use but glad to know I can access them. The stove/oven are easy to use. Glass cleaner works best for keeping cooktop clean. I had difficulty connecting the stove to Wi-Fi and the clock was not keeping time properly. I called Customer Care and the two issues were connected. The technician took care of my issues remotely. It was a positive experience.

Compliments my kitchen very well. I like the contrast of shiny knobs, handles, and the reatis stainless steel. Touch screen is sensitive but you can lock it. I always purchase a extended warranty on high tech appliances.

Smart features do not work.

We purchased this one year ago. We liked the idea of being able to use our iPhone and our Alexa device with this range. The smart phone app that Whirlpool uses simply does not work. While the range sees and supposedly connects to our WiFi the phone app does not and will not connect to the range. I have called Whirlpools support line on multiple occasions and have been told repeatedly that "it's a back office issue" on their end and they are working on it. I called Best Buy and they sent a tech out and he had no clue as to how to connect it. We have run out of patience with this. It is beyond my comprehension how Whirlpool can continue to market this range as a smart/connected device when they know those features do not work. Do not buy this range if you are looking for a smart appliance.

Great features - Efficient Technology

We purchased this beauty after the range that came with our house melted (seriously). After comparison shopping features, technology and price we decided on the Whirlpool Slide-in electric and could not be happier. It gives us precise cooking/baking, smart technology and is more energy efficient than our old one, which has added savings on the old electric bill. The only thing we would have liked more is if it were gas...but that is an argument to be had with the city.

Aqua Lift Oven Cleaning Technology DOES NOT WORK!!

This is an incredibly poor technology for oven cleaning. It absolutely does not work. After several attempts by myself and my husband to clean it following the instructions precisely, we had to call a service repairman. He checked out all the electronics and found them to be in proper working order. He even attempted to set the oven to clean again and it still did not clean. He indicated that this technology does not actually clean an oven. That is his experience with the Aqua Clean Technology with other customers. My advise is, "Do Not Choose" any oven, whether Whirlpool or any other brand that uses this cleaning system!!!

HARD TO KEEP CLEAN, HARD TO USE

THE TOP OF THE RANGE SHOWS EVERY DROP OF WATER AND GREASE. NO MATTER WHAT YOU COOK THE TOP OF THE RANGE IS MARKED UP. YOU CANNOT CLEAN IT WITH SOAP AND WATER, YOU CANNOT USE GLASS CLEANER EITHER. IT ALWAYS LOOKS SMEARED AND DIRTY UNLESS YOU USE THE POLISH. WE POLISH THE TOP OF THE STOVE 3-4 TIMES PER WEEK BECAUSE THE IT LOOKS TERRIBLE IF WE DON'T. THE FRONT IS BEAUTIFUL. CONTROL KNOBS ARE UNDER A SMALL LEDGE SO YOU CANNOT READ THE SMALL LETTERING ON THEM EASILY THE TOUCH SCREEN CONTROLS ARE ALSO HARD TO USE, IF YOU TRY TO SCROLL DOWN THEM THEY AUTOMATICALLY BOUNCE BACK UP TO THE TOP OF THE MENU SO YOU CANNOT EASILY USE FEATURES AT THE BOTTOM OF THE TOUCH SCREEN. Range top controls are too hard to read

The glare from above makes the range knobs hard to read. The ink rubbed off on two of them and now there are no temperature markings. You cannot tell if a burner is hot if you are looking down at range top because the red light is under the top overhang on range. It is dangerous for anyone not use to using this stove. This is the second time I have written review--please post this to warn others.

Heats quickly

cleans easily works great I converted from gas to electric and am so happy I did. I love that when I am ready to serve the burner keeps my food warm and works like a buffet server for plating up meals for my guests. No more scorched potatoes on the bottom of the pot. I am in my 70's and am finding that I can control my oven from my phone. It even has a convection/ regular oven temp adjustment feature. It is so much easier to clean than a gas stove.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because ceramic stove top has a few marks after use which I think should have lifted. I've cleaned it with the recommended products and use the recommended pots and pans.
