Love The Cool Down...No More Hot Clothes!

So fast and so quiet

We've only had the set for about two weeks but we love them. Large capacity but stacked, they don't take up a lot of space. The color is beautiful too. We chose the gas dryer and it is quick.

Horrible Customer Service-2 mo. still not workin

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am not one to write reviews, but I feel that people need to be warned about the horrible customer service before buying this product. When I read reviews of this product I saw similar complaints surface, but I liked the product and figured it could not be that bad. It was worse than I ever could have imagined. We paid extra for the full installation, then when the people came out to install the washer and dryer they did not have the proper parts. We tried repeatedly to follow up with Maytag to finish the installation - it is now two months since the delivery and our dryer is still not installed. Every time we call we are put on hold for inordinate amounts of time and told a different story. They try to blame it on 3rd party contractors, yet take no responsibility for contacting them to rectify the mistake. We have also been told they were scheduling an appointment to finish the installation and that we would receive a confirmation call, but then we never heard back - this happened repeated times. When have called back we were given more promises, yet no follow up. On my last call (our 7th time calling them to try to finish the install) they ran me all the way up the flag pole and finally said that they would not do the install, and that we needed to find a plummer to install it, and that there was no one else in the company I could talk to. No matter how good the product is,it is not worth the customer service.

Using for 1 month. Works well. I like the feature of preloaded detergent but so far not telling me when to add more so have to question if there is still soap. Have done plenty of laundry so no complaints. Just wish I could monitor how much detergent remains...if any? If the add detergent indicator was not functioning, how would you know?. Also many reviews said it was super quiet...it is not so if that's important to you choose a different machine.

There's a reason for the 10 yr warranty

Bought a matching washer & dryer 4 mos. ago and nothing but problems. Dryer sounded like a helicopter in my laundry room and then the interior started chipping away. Despite 3 service calls I had had it. Fortunately we purchased from a reliable store and they took it back and we now have a different brand that works as it should. Will never ever purchase a Whirlpool product again. Ugh.

Fancy dryer but still easy to use!

I bought this dryer about a month ago when we moved into our new house. We love it! Super easy to use and looks very nice. I have received many compliments on it! I also got it on sale on Memorial Day so that was a plus! I also love how the dryer leaves my clothes.

Noisy but ok

The dryer works great and looks great BUT there's a vibration with it and makes it very noisy. Had the repair guy look at and still couldn't fix it. The alarm needs to be louder also.

Has already run into problems

With only half the dryer for two months now, a louse week has started coming out from the dryer. The dryer is unknowingly loud. I can't believe the 14-year-old mini combo dryer it's replacing was more quiet and that's dryer. The home and Rado from the drum is constant, but the squeak comes and goes and makes quite an announcement. And now the dryer has begun stopping long before the clothes are dry. I put the clothes in we turn on auto sense, The display says an hour and 15 minutes to dry. 20 minutes later the dryer stops and the clothes are still damp.
